The Hotel Garni Golf is situated in the middle of the old town of Ascona. Ascona is a beautiful small village, situated near the delta of the Maggia river, on the shores of a splendid and sunny bay. Travel information
- Take Highway A2/E35 towards Bellinzona.
- Exit at Bellinzona Sud, take main road direction Locarno/Ascona
- After the tunnel continue in direction to Ascona.
- Once in town you drive directly to the lake passing through the traffic free zone.
- To unload luggage it's allowed for hotel guests to drive through this zone of Ascona. Just stop in front of the hotel Mövenpick and walk the 20 metres up to our hotel which is located in the street "Vicolo Sacchetti".
By Train:
Take your ticket to Locarno, then you take the bus 31 from Locarno to Ascona posta. Then you walk till the police station and turn right and following Via B. Berno. You will find the hotel after a 2 minute walk.
