Take bus number 31 at the Locarno train station, which runs every 15 minutes to Ascona. Get off at San Materno after the bridge and the second roundabout.

A few public parking spaces are at your disposal for free (reservation is not possible). Private park spaces in the garage are available at an additional cost (reservation is needed).

The neighbouring hotel is being demolished from 8 June to about 20 June 2009, what might cause some noise from Monday to Friday between 08:00 and 17:00.
