Set in a renovated early 1900s building, this family-owned B&B enjoys a pretty countryside location by Sjuntorp’s Slumpån river. Its individually designed rooms feature classic décor and antique furniture.

Stenliden’s rooms create a sense of history with period wallpaper, curtains and chandeliers. All have parquet wooden floors, luxury beds and either private or shared bathroom facilities.

Breakfast is served in the Gustavian-style dining room, which is reminiscent of 18th-century Swedish royal residences. The guest lounge has a TV and DVD player, while free Wi-Fi internet access is available throughout the building.

Stenliden B&B offers free private parking on site. It is 10 minutes’ drive from the town of Trollhättan, a popular film location for directors such as Lars von Trier and Lukas Moodysson.
