Built in 1852, the Elite Stora Hotellet is a historic hotel and is one of Scandinavia's oldest examples of mid-19th century Gustavian style.

Elite Stora Hotellet is in the very heart of the town close to the concert and congress hall and plentiful shopping and numerous restaurants.

The guest rooms offer charming views of the town's medieval market square and the old cathedral. The rooms range from Gustavian-styled décor to more modern designs.
