Cancellation Policy:		Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 28 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled up to 14 days before date of arrival, 25 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled later, 50 percent of all nights will be charged. In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome. All children under 7 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All children from 8 to 12 years are charged 50 % of the room stay per night per person when using existing bedding.
