These modern, air-conditioned flats are located in a little square right in the heart of Valencia's Carmen district. They have large windows, free internet access and stylish interiors.

All of the 11 Flats apartments have a lounge-diner with cable TV and sofa. They have separate bedrooms.

The kitchenette includes a microwave, fridge and cooker, plus a variety of kitchen utensils, cutlery and crockery. All apartments also include cleaning every 3 days, towels and soap.

The 11 Flats block is surrounded by restaurants and bars, and a supermarket can be found within 5 minutes’ walk. There is a bus stop 4 minutes’ walk away.

All apartments have a sofa bed in the living room and a private bathroom with shower. The kitchen includes a microwave, fridge and cooker, plus a wide variety of kitchen utensils, cutlery and crockery. The 2 rooms have a small terrace. Housekeeping is included in all rates.

The apartments are self-catering with well-equipped kitchens. However if you do not fancy cooking there is a wide selection of restaurants in the local area. The staff will be happy to point you in the right direction and advise.

Located in the city's old quarter right in the heart of the Carmen district surrounded by restaurants, bars, clubs and some of the most popular attractions and museums (within a radius of 500 metres).

From the Airport:
If you arrive at Valencia between 06.00 and 23.30 the best way to get to the hostel is by taking the Metro to Xativa, train station. From there follow the directions from the train station below. If you arrive outside of these hours you will have to take a taxi.

From the Train Station (15 minute walk):
-From the station head for Plaza Ayuntamiento where you will see a large fountain.
-Walk past the fountain (leaving it on your right-hand side) until you get to Citibank. Here, the road splits in four and you need to take the left fork (Avenida Maria Cristina).
-In the distance you will see a building that sort of resembles a castle. You will need to pass this building. Still on Av. Mª Cristina, you will see the market (El Mercado Central) on your left.
-Keep walking past the market and La Lonja until the end of the street, which is Calle Bolseria. Turn right into this street and keep going until you reach a little square called Plaza Tossal. You will see a bar called Marresquino, pass it and turn left into Calle Alta (be careful there are no signs, so ask somebody if you are not sure). Walk straight until you reach a little square and you will see the flats (a blue building).

From the Bus Station (10 minute walk):
-At the main entrance turn left and follow the bed of the ancient Turia River, now a lovely park. At the first bridge (Puente de las Artes) turn right and pass the park, then turn left walk 20 metres and then turn right into Calle Na Jornada.
-Keep going and this street will become Calle Alta, after 200 metres you will see a little square on your right and the flats (a blue building).

Key collection and check-in/check-out takes place a 15-minute walk away at the reception of the 50 Flats complex, at 13 Calle Espinosa. Here there is also a luggage room and a 24-hour telephone helpline.

Please note that extra guests are accommodated in sofa beds.

Apartments are cleaned every 3 days, for stays of 5 nights or more. Towels and toileteries are provided.
