Traditional cuisine is served in modern interpretations, and the best fresh and seasonal ingredients are used.

There is a wide selection of wines that include Ribera del Duero, Rioja, Rueda, Toro and labels from Segovian cellars such as Valtiendas.

The hotel is located just off the Plaza Mayor. To reach the property by car, follow Plaza de Artillería (Acueducto) into Plaza mayor. Although vehicle access to the square is prohibited to the public, guests are allowed to load and unload there. The place for loading and unloading is next to the Banesto Bank, which is about 15 metres from the hotel.
