The hotel is constructed in a building belonging to Donostia's romantic era from the beginning of the last century, giving the hotel a unique character.

The Kursaal parking lot is opposite the hotel, another parking lot is just 200 metres away in Plaza Cataluña. The hotel has a limited number of parking spaces in the Kursaal parking lot, when making your reservation you can reserve a parking space in advance.
