Drink at the Capitan Ahab saloon bar, open during peak season, and the Beach Club, which is also only open during peak season. The Beach club is situated close to the outdoor swimming pool, surrounded by the hotel’s attractive, tranquil gardens. The Moby Dick pub features a smoking area.
All guests booking half-board rates for a minimum of 5 nights between the 1 and 18 June, 17 and 27 August, and 12 and 29 October 2009 receive a complimentary upgrade to full board.

The Costa Ballena forms part of Cádiz province, home to the sherry region of Jerez and flamenco traditions. Costa Ballena is a region of gardens, clean beaches and sand dunes.
