The hotel´s design makes the most of the surrounding views and environment with typical white-washed buildings, stylish interiors and an airy foyer with palm trees. Dinner reservations are recommended at The Grill, International Restaurant, D'Oriental and La Hacienda and should be made after check-in or early in the day.

For light dining, El Lago is a marvellous snack bar that opens out onto 2 terraces, each with a stunning ocean view. Snacks are available from 13.00 until 18.00.

You can also enjoy a drink in the hotel's 5 bars including the lobby and poolside bar (10.30-18.00), and the British style Barley Pub. The Plaza bar is open from 18.00-23.45.
