The hotel is located within a business area amid numerous banks and companies. It is a tranquil area but is also close to a number of shopping centres, including one of the best zones in Madrid - Barrio de Salamanca.

By car:
- Take the A-3 into Madrid.
- When the A-3 ends, take the Conde de Casal exit.
- The hotel is situated adjacent to the interchange that immediately follows the end of the A-3.

By Metro:
- Take the central line (Line 6, grey colour) from any part of Madrid.
- Get off at Conde de Casal.
- The hotel is situated approximately 150 metres south.
