Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 20 days before date of arrival, 3 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled up to 8 days before date of arrival, 12.5 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled up to 1 day before date of arrival, 25 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
One child under 4 years stays free of charge when using existing bedding.
One child under 2 years is charged EUR 10.70 per night and person in a baby cot.
One older child or adult is charged EUR 20 per night and person in an extra bed.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.

Deposit Policy: 25 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable.

VAT and city/tourist taxes: 8 % VAT is included.

Internet: Wi-fi is available in the entire hotel and is free of charge.

Meal Plan: Buffet breakfast costs EUR 10 per person per night.

Parking: Free public parking is possible at a location nearby (reservation is not needed).
