Apartamentos Las Americas is a 10-minute walk from the beach in Blanes. It has a seasonal outdoor pool with sun loungers, and all apartments have a private balcony.

The Americas Apartments are 2 km from Blanes Old Town and marina. They are next to a shopping arcade, which has a bar and restaurant. Blanes Bowling Centre is 800 metres away.

All apartments at Las Americas have a sofa bed and TV in the living room. There is a private bathroom with a shower, and the kitchen is equipped with a microwave and fridge.

Parking is available nearby for an extra cost, and there is easy access to the AP-7 Motorway. The train to Barcelona takes just over an hour, along a scenic costal route.

Keys are collected directly at the apartments. Guests are kindly requested to inform the property in advance of their estimated time of arrival. This can be noted in the Comments Box during booking, or by contacting the hotel using the contact details found on the Booking Confirmation.

Please note guests are required to a pay refundable deposit of EUR 120 on arrival. This will be returned to the guest assuming no damages, and that the apartment is cleaned and all rubbish is emptied upon departure.

Sheets and towels are changed weekly. Apartments are cleaned on arrival and departure of guests.

The swimming pool is open from May to October.
