Even though it is not well-known, the cuisine of our mountains has certain, special characteristics such as the distinctive mushrooms, forrest fruits, hunted meat and other meat from reared, mountain animals. At La Fuenroya restaurant we have blended modern cuisine with these typical products from the mountain, which cannot appreciated unless you are in the Pyrenees.

The Valle de Benasque is the ideal place for those wishing to practice adventure activities: in winter, Nordic skiing and alpine and in summer there’s plenty of choice of activities offered by this area of the Pyrenees, such as rafting, kayaking, BTT, hiking, quads, climbing, horse riding, fishing, golf….
