Please let BarcelonaForRent Vila Olimpica Beach know your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking or contact the property.
A damages deposit must be paid on arrival and by credit card:
Two-Bedroom Apartment: EUR 300
Three-Bedroom Luxury Apartment: EUR 400
In the case that the damages deposit is paid in cash, guests will have to pick up the refundable amount 1 day after departure at the BarcelonaForRent Bailen Apartment's office, open Mon-Fri 10:00 until 18:00.
If the departure day is on a weekend or public holiday before 9:00 am, the damages deposit will be refunded by bank transfer, with an extra cost of EUR 3 to EUR 8 depending on the transfer comission.
Please note that the following mandatory final cleaning fees are not included in the room rate and are payable directly at the apartments:
Two-Bedroom Apartment: EUR 85
Three-Bedroom Luxury Apartment: EUR 115
Please note check-in during the following times incurs the following charges:
After 21.00: EUR 30
After 01.00 : EUR 50
Please note there is an additional charge for the arrival payment with the following credit cards:
- Visa and Mastercard: 2%
- American Express: 3.5%
