A damages deposit of EUR 300 must be paid on arrival, using credit card with a supplement charge of 1%. This amount is refundable in case that no damage has been produced.

- In case that the damages deposit is paid in cash, guests will have to pick up the refundable amount 1 day after departure at the BarcelonaForRent Diagonal Apartment's office (Mon-Fri 10:00-18:00 h)

- If the departure day is on Saturday, Sunday or public holidays before 9:00 am, the damages deposit will be refunded by bank transfer, with an extra cost of EUR 3 to EUR 8 depending on the transfer comission.
