All guests must contact the property at least 24 hours prior to arrival to make check-in arrangements. The anticipated time of arrival can be noted in the Comments Box when booking. A contact telephone number appears on the Booking Confirmation issued by this site.
Please note that check in takes place at 88, Las Ramblas, check-in office (Passatge D'Amadeu Bagues), Barcelona, 08002. Following this, guests will be accompanied to the apartments, located on Carrer Hospital, just off the famous Ramblas.
Check-in takes place at 15:00. Guests arriving outside check-in hours must pay an additional fee. A member of staff will accompany to the apartment.
Group bookings:
For bookings of 2 apartments or more, a deposit of 200 EUR is payable at check in. This will be returned at check-out once the condition of the apartments has been checked.

| Cancellation Policy: | Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 3 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. City/tourist tax is not applicable. Internet: Wireless internet is available in the hotel rooms and is free of charge. Meal Plan: This hotel has no meal services. Parking: Public parking is possible at a location nearby (reservation is not possible) and charges are applicable. Pets: Pets are allowed on request. No extra charges. The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival. |
