The hotel forms part of the Movimiento SLOW, whose aim is to bring greater enjoyment from life by doing things in a far less hurried and more relaxed manner.

In the hotel spa you can enjoy individual treatments ranging from massages, spa bath sessions and Vichy showers. You can then enjoy a dip in the indoor swimming pool before drying off with a drink in the relaxation area.

Try local and national wines in the hotel’s wine tasting room, which is housed in a building dating back to the 18th century.

The Guyot wine-themed restaurant serves traditional regional cuisine made with fresh produce. Many dishes are prepared in the wood-flamed brick oven.

The hotel is located 4 km outside of Peñafiel, where you can visit the castle and wine museum and the 15th-century Plaza del Coso. The local area is filled with vineyards and wine cellars.
