Surrounded by the beautiful countryside and vineyards of the Ribera del Duero, this tranquil spa hotel offers relaxation through water and wine.

The Lavida Vino-Spa provides a setting to relax and enjoy the hotel’s speciality wine therapies. This area is divided between individual treatment areas and a water wellness area, where you can enjoy the swimming pool, Turkish bath and misty shower.

When fully relaxed you can head to the property’s impressive wine cellar, where you will find a wide selection of wines from across Spain and beyond.

The hotel philosophy is based on relaxation through slowing life down – allowing you the time to enjoy what the hotel and local area have to offer.

The hotel forms part of the Movimiento SLOW, whose aim is to bring greater enjoyment from life by doing things in a far less hurried and more relaxed manner.

In the hotel spa you can enjoy individual treatments ranging from massages, jacuzzi sessions and Vichy showers. You can then enjoy a dip in the indoor swimming pool before drying off with a drink in the relaxation area.

Try local and national wines in the hotel’s wine tasting room, which is housed in a building dating back to the 18th century.

The Guyot wine-themed restaurant serves traditional regional cuisine made with fresh produce. Many dishes are prepared in the wood-flamed brick oven.

Area information

The hotel is located 4 km outside of Peñafiel, where you can visit the castle and wine museum and the 15th-century Plaza del Coso. The local area is filled with vineyards and wine cellars.
