Important information
The property bar acts as the reception between 08.00 and 20.00. During the night customers are served by the nearby Hotel Estrella Coral. On Fridays, when the bar is closed, all customers must use the property office at 3 Plaza Carlos (number 1). The office is open 09.00 to 19.00.

| Cancellation Policy: | Cancellation Policy: If cancelled or modified up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome. One child under 6 years stays free of charge when using existing bedding. One children from 7 to 12 years is charged 50 % of the room stay per night and person in an extra bed. One child under 2 years stays free of charge in a baby cot. One older child or adult is charged 70 % of the room stay per night and person in an extra bed. One further older child or adult is charged 50 % of the room stay per night and person in an extra bed. Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 2. Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged. VAT and city/tourist taxes: 8 % VAT is included. Service charge is not applicable. City/tourist tax is not applicable. Internet: Wi-fi is available in the hotel rooms and costs EUR 5 per 24 hours. Internet via modem is available in the business centre and charges are applicable. Meal Plan: Breakfast costs EUR 2 per person per night. Parking: Free public parking is possible at a location nearby (reservation is not possible). Pets: Pets are not allowed.
