Families with children have the use of special services like the children's swimming pool, mini-club (from 4-12 years old), and the playground.

By Car (From Palma Airport):
- Take the motorway leaving Palma Airport in the direction of Pto de Alcudia.
- Pto de Alcudia is the last of the towns, after Inca and Sa Pobla, 2 other main towns.
- Once in Pto de Alcudia, proceed towards Puerto Deportivo.
- 300 metres on, you will find the hotel.

Accommodation is cleaned every 5 days from June until January, and every 4 days from February until May.
