The large salt water swimming pool is 125 metres in length, with waterbeds and 2 water rituals that work to guarantee your relaxation.

The hotel also has several bars, where you can enjoy a relaxing drink, including the pool bar, the Nami bar and the Lotus reception bar. In the Nemos bar you can enjoy piano and jazz music and in the Lava Disco Club, more contemporary music styles are played. There is also a wine and cava bar in the hotel.

This establishment is situated in Alcalá and belonging to the municipality Guia de Isora, in the southwest of Tenerife. This is an ideal base from which to initiate various activities and excursions. From the south of Tenerife you can take a boat to Hierro Island. In 40 minutes you can also get to Cañades del Teide National Park.

The hotel will not accept children under 16 years old staying in the RedLevel Demi Suites.

A third adult and children between 2 and 12 years old can stay in all rooms (except RedLevel Demi Suites) sleeping on the sofa-bed (on request) that is available in all type of rooms.
