Arrivals outside of reception hours will incur a surcharge of EUR 35 in cash..
A deposit of EUR 250 by credit card or cash is paid upon arrival and reimbursed once the condition of the apartment has been checked by a member of staff.

| Cancellation Policy: | Cancellation Policy: If cancelled or modified up to 7 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome. All children under 7 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All children under 2 years are charged EUR 15 per night per person for cots. Deposit Policy: 30 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable. 70 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of arrival and is refundable. A fixed amount of EUR 225 per room will be charged on the day of arrival and is refundable. VAT and city/tourist taxes: 8 % VAT is included. Service charge is not applicable. City/tourist tax is not applicable. Internet: Internet via modem is available in some hotel rooms and charges are applicable. Meal Plan: There is no meal option with this hotel. Parking: Private parking is possible on site (reservation is needed) and costs EUR 15 per day. Pets: Pets are allowed on request. No extra charges. The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival. |
