Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
One child under 2 years stays free of charge when using existing bedding.
One child under 2 years stays free of charge in a baby cot.
One older child or adult is charged EUR 20 per night and person in an extra bed.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.

Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged.

VAT and city/tourist taxes: 8 % VAT is included.
Service charge is not applicable.

Internet: Wired internet is available in the hotel rooms and is free of charge.

Meal Plan: Buffet breakfast costs EUR 5.35 per person per night.

Parking: Private parking is possible at a location nearby (reservation is not needed) and costs EUR 12 per day.

Pets: Pets are not allowed.

All the rooms in the Hotel Moon are doubles and include double beds or twins. They all have en suite bathrooms. The rooms are bright, decorated in a modern style and some of them have terraces.
