Promoting good health is our raison d'etre! If you are worried about your wellbeing, you can undergo a series of diagnostic tests at the Talaso Strunjan Health Center. With the help of the glorious Mediterranean climate, the sea, sea mud, sun, cutting-edge equipment and our excellent doctors, nurses, physiotherapists and masseurs, we can successfully treat respiratory and rheumatic diseases and alleviate back pain and osteoporosis problems.

The guests can enjoy a wide choice of healthy and nutritious dishes to suit every palette, available in the self service Marine Spa Restaurant. There is a self-service breakfast, lunch and dinner at the restaurant. The restaurant is also used to catering for those with specific dietary requirements.
The wellness-bio corner is a real treat for all who are fully aware of the importance of healthy, ecologically produced organic food, which is both nutritionally balanced and protects your health.

For gourmets, the Talaso Strunjan offers the restaurant Primorka, which is famous for its fish specialties - although the lovers of other delicacies will by no means be left wanting by their extensive menu of specially selected local produce and an impressive wine menu.

The Cavedin Bar, located on the beach, is where you can treat yourself to a cool drink, coffees, ice cream or one of the delicious homemade deserts, all in the shade of the pine trees.

The bar is open from 08:00-22:00.

You can enjoy seawater at Strunjan all year around. Walk around the over 80 kilometres of marked footpaths and learn the basics of Nordic walking. Tennis enthusiasts have a choice of 5 courts, 3 of which are floodlit for night playing. There are also courts for basketball, beach volley and miniature golf. With its low hills and picturesque villages, the surrounding Primorsko region offers ideal conditions for cycling.

Talaso Strunjan has 5 clay tennis courts. The mild coastal climate makes it possible to start playing in early spring and extends the season into late autumn. You can rent equipment at Tennis Club Hari, which also offers courses for adults and children, who can go to tennis camp during the summer holidays.

From the Airports:
The nearest airports are Ljubljana (SLO), Zagreb(CRO) and Trieste (I).
You can take a taxi or public transport to Koper. From Koper, it is best to take a taxi (20 km, approximately EUR 20).

By Car:
- Take the highway A10 in the direction of Koper.
- In Koper, take the road for Portorož, and after 20 km, turn right on local road for Strunjan.
- The hotel is the central building in the sea village.

Parking:
The car park is big enough for all the hotel guests and it is free. Approx. cost for taxi from Koper to Strunjan is 20 EUR.

Please note, our indoor swimming pool will be closed for renovation from 07 July to 31 August 2008.
