Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
One child under 3 years stays free of charge when using existing bedding.
One children from 4 to 12 years is charged 50 % of the room stay per night and person in an extra bed.
One older child or adult is charged 80 % of the room stay per night and person in an extra bed.
One child under 2 years is charged EUR 10 per night in a baby cot.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.

Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged.

VAT and city/tourist taxes: 8.5 % VAT is included.
Service charge is not applicable.
EUR 1.01 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included.

Internet: Wi-fi is available in public areas and is free of charge.

Meal Plan: Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate.

Parking: Private parking is possible on site (reservation is not needed) and costs EUR 9 per day.

Pets: Pets are allowed on request. Charges may be applicable.
