The Fleur de Sel is a day and evening bar and restaurant lounge located on the first floor overseeing the bay of Piran. The name is a tribute to the salt fields of Portoroz of unique shape.

The Kempinski Palace owns a beautiful ballroom, which can be used for a variety of events. In the morning a daily semi-self service breakfast buffet is served until 11.00, offering a great selection of cold and hot breakfast dishes with freshly made egg specialities, pancakes and much more.
