The hotel's slogan 'To become and stay healthy' is also considered in the preparation of hot and cold meals in our restaurant.

That is why we always have buckwheat, barley, spelt, millet, wheat, rice, chick-pea, lentil, soya, broad beans, res-wild rice,…available. From these ingredients we prepare various rice dishes, casseroles, salads, porridge and similar dishes, which are very nutrient and necessary in the diet of a modern human.

To satisfy the vitamin and mineral needs we choose between various kinds of fresh vegetables and fruits, depending on the season.

For albumen needs we choose between various meats and fish dishes, as well as meals like tofu or grains with high albumen values for vegetarians.
To make things more interesting we also add various seeds or nuts which are high in saturated fats and improve ones health.
