The hotel offers a club and a refreshment room with internet access, a restaurant, a large, free, fenced-in car park for all types of vehicles, a garage and also a storage room for bicycles, skis and other equipment. The 3 seminar rooms, with space for 14 to 50 guests, have state-of-the-art equipment and remain completely undisturbed by hotel and outside noise. Groups, sportsmen and regular guests are offered special benefits. The hotel has also prepared special offers for cyclists, motorcyclists, hikers and skiers.

We have 16 newly decorated and equipped "Plus" rooms on the third floor. All beds are 2.2 metres long. All 58 rooms in the hotel have bathrooms, telephone and cable TV.

The breakfast buffet is served from 07:00 to 09:30.

The hotel restaurant offers breakfast, lunch and dinner for groups upon prior reservation.

Hotel Tabor is located only a few minutes drive from the Pohorje ski slopes extending over an area of 220 ha, from the 1350 m high Žigartov vrh over Bolfenk down to the finish arena in the Snow Stadium.
21 cableway installations (a cable car, 3 chairlifts and 17 ski-lifts); 40 km of ski slopes of different standards for alpine skiing and snowboarding; 20 km of groomed cross-country ski trails.
Pohorje offers thousands of kilometres of walking roads and tracks through forests, including 100 km of marked mountain bike trails that take you deep into Pohorje's nature.

By Car:
Arriving in Maribor from the south:
- Follow the signs to Maribor centre, pass by the high Telekom building and turn left. Then follow directions as below.

Arriving on the highway from the north:
- Follow the signs to Maribor Tabor and then to Maribor Centre.
- Pass by the telekom building and turn left.
- The hotel is located at 300 metres from the street.

Parking:
Behind the hotel is a fenced-in parking area with covered parking places and a garage on prior request, which is liable to charges.

By Public Transport:
The hotel is located 2.5 km from the central bus and railway stations. The hotel may be reached by city bus number 6 (bus stop is opposite the hotel), 6/1, 12, 18 and 19 or by taxi.

By Plane:
The nearest airport is in Slivnica pri Mariboru, only 8 km from the hotel. Distance to other airports:

- Ljubljana 125 km,
- Zagreb (Croatia) 110 km.

Pets are allowed in some standard rooms on request (EUR 10 per night/pet). All rooms in the hotel are non-smoking. We offer our guests a special place for smoking in front of the hotel.
