If cancelled up to 14 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled up to 1 day before date of arrival, 30 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

A friendly hotel featuring 110 rooms, several suites, and also
special rooms: 2 antiseptic rooms suitable for persons susceptible
to allergies. All rooms are fully equipped with shower/WC, SAT TV, telephone, mini bar and most of them with balcony.

A maximum of two children (max. age is 10 years) can stay in an extra bed in a dubble room. The second child will be charged as an adult.

Children and extra beds
All children are welcome. All children under 3 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All children under 3 years are charged EUR 6.00 per night and person for cots. All children from 3 to 7 years are charged 50 % of the room stay per night and person for extra beds. All children from 7 to 12 years are charged 70 % of the room stay per night and person for extra beds. All older children or adults are charged 90 % of the room stay per night and person for extra beds. Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 1. Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
