There is a variety of recreation activities in the area, including tennis, bowling, horseback riding, canoeing, boat tours, rafting and sailplane flights. In the lake you can swim or make a boat ride with a typical "pletna".

Bled is beautiful in summer and absolutely delightful in winter. You can enjoy unique walks on the frozen lake, ice skating, sledging, skiing and much more.

Bled also features a casino and hosts several musical events in summer.
