The "Casa Ioana" building is located in the centre of the city and is the former villa of Nicu Ceausescu, the son of the communist dictator Nicolae Ceausescu and a very important official of Sibiu during the communist period.
The mansion has a reception and a breakfast parlour. The front courtyard offers plenty of parking space for 9 cars. The garden behind the mansion is a beautiful place for rest and relaxation.
