The newly opened Aquarium Bar offers a large variety of beverages and snacks in a peaceful place that reminds of the ocean's deep silence due to the huge fish tank placed on one of the walls.

In the large lobby of the National Restaurant guests relax near the fire place, especially in the winter time when the fire is alight and it snows outside. In winter, the breakfast buffet is served there, to start the day in a cosy warm atmosphere. In the spring- and summertime the breakfast buffet is served in another restaurant with an opened atrium which also offers a garden view.

Slanic Prahova, which is located 44 km from Ploiesti, is a favoured tourists' destination thanks to the salt mine and a salt mountain with a very deep salt and freezing water lake.

A wellness centre is also located in the mine, 210 metres below the surface. It was established for asthma sufferers, many of them were cured after few sessions.
