On the 8th floor, the panoramic restaurant represents quality and professionalism because of its exquisite treatment for an outstanding gastronomy. While you enjoy the unique view over the Serra da Arrábida and São Luis and the Castles of Palmela and São Filipe, you can taste the finest of Portuguese and international cuisine.

The chef's speciality is codfish stuffed with cheese of Azeitão . Vegetarian dishes include rice with dry raisins and forest vegetables.
