We invite you to enjoy delicious meals and exotic drinks in the Vila Galé restaurants - Divino and Inevitável - and bars.
With a buffet or à la carte service, you will be able to relish the best ingredients, which are rigorously selected, in each one of our gastronomic spaces. We offer a wide selection of dishes, following your preferences. If you enjoy traditional Portuguese gastronomy, you will be able to try the best steaks and cod dishes. If you prefer pasta, then you can enjoy tasty sauces and spices in our Inescapable Pasta Lounge. The meal will be complete with our wine selection Casa de Santa Vitória Alentejo and a venturing behind one of our desserts. The wines combine mature fruit and compote aromas, with the floral elegance of our varieties (Touriga Nacional, Alfrocheiro, Trincadeira...).
After dinner, we can spend some time in our bars, and try one of the Vila Galé Cocktails, prepared on the spot with natural fruits. We suggest you the Strawberry Daiquiri, a perfect combination between strawberry cream, strawberry juice, rum and lemon juice.
