Pay a visit to Nossa Senhora da Assunção and Nossa Senhora dos Navegantes, both churches that have been erected in the 18th century, or the fortress. Other attractions include the Castro Guimarães Museum and the Sea Museum. Guincho Beach is a great spot for water sport enthusiasts.

Please be informed that Vila Gale Cascais will be closing doors to the public on the 1st of December 2008.
The closure is due to the hotel’s renovation second phase works, to be concluded on the 31st of January 2009, and which will contemplate the rooms on floors 3, 2, 1 and 0 as well as the restaurant and bar.
We apologise for the inconvenience we may cause, and hope to see you soon to testify the result which will reflect our compromise with the comfort and excellence in service towards our guests.
