Specific room requests are subject to availability.
Please note that all areas of the hotel (gym, billiard, living room, breakfast room and pool), and some of the rooms are accessible by elevator. However, rooms on the 4th and 5th floor are not accessible by elevator. If you are not comfortable with climbing 1 or to 2 flights of stairs, please let us know that you want a room on a floor with elevator access. Be aware that only the rooms with access by the staircase overlook the Monastery of Batalha.
