Gubałówka mountain is about one hour walk from the hotel. 1000 meters above the sea level, there is snow here for up to 6 months a year, with many ski slopes with lifts in the area. The slope by the hotel is flood lit and provides artificial snow if needed. The hotel rents out ski equipment (skis, snowboards e.t.c.) and provides repair services.

From Nowy Targ (Krakow):
- Turn right in Poronin immediately after passing the train station and follow signs for Ząb.
- Pass the town of Suche, and Hotel Redyk is on the left side on the main road.

From Zakopane:
- Turn left immediately after passing the bridge in Poronin and follow signs for Ząb.
- Continue as above.
