There is a free car park in front of the building, as well as a playground for children and 2 shops. The apartment is located on the first floor of this new apartment house with 4 flats. The bus stop is around 100 metres from the apartment. It is 15 minutes by car or 25 minutes by bus from the town centre.

The housing estate was built in 2002 and there are 2 grocery shops and a playground for children, 50 m away from the apartment.
