The Kozia Apartment covers an area of 50 m² with 2 bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom and ante-room. It also has a spacious balcony with table and chairs. Additional standard equipment includes vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing board, set of bed-linen, and towels.
The apartment can be rent for a minimum of 2 days. A maximum of 5 people can stay in the apartment. There are 2 sofa beds for 2 people and a bunk bed for one person. There is a free car park in front of the building, as well as a playground for children and 2 shops. The apartment is located on the first floor of this new apartment house with 4 flats. The bus stop is around 100 metres from the apartment. It is 15 minutes by car or 25 minutes by bus from the town centre.

The Apartament is situated on the North-West side of Wroclaw, in the district Maślice, Kozia street.
The housing estate was built in 2002 and there are 2 grocery shops and a playground for children, 50 m away from the apartment.
