The complex has 118 beds in 10 elegant rooms and 15 comfortable, spacious bungalows, which vary in size from 50 m² to 105m².

There are 6 rooms for 2 people, a studio for 3 people (with 2 bedrooms) and 3 studios for 4 people (with 2 bedrooms).

Food & beverage

The elegant restaurant serves local and regional specialities, traditional Polish dishes and European favourites. The highly recommended fish dishes include locally caught fish. During the summer season, all meals are available as a buffet.

The restaurant has a wonderful view of the lake - the perfect backdrop for a family lunch or a romantic dinner.

The complex also has a new tavern, Karaka, with a unique interior, evening events such as concerts and dancing, cool beer and fantastic atmosphere.

Area information

The centre itself has many activities and leisure pursuits for guests to enjoy. It is also situated in the heart of Masuria, a region of Poland that is famous for its lakes and forests and is known as the Land of a Thousand Lakes. The area is a popular holiday destination and is renowned for its peace, tranquillity and natural beauty. There are many natural and man-made attractions located in the area surrounding the complex.

OKH Headquarters at Mamerki (Mauerwald) (10 km) – This was once the site where the High Command of the German Army was located.

Gierloz (35 km) – The little Polish hamlet of Gierloz is the location of the remains of Führerhauptquartier Wolfsschanze (Wolf's Lair). Wolf’s Lair was the codename used for one of Adolf Hitler’s major Eastern Front military headquarters during World War II. The complex consists of a group of bunkers and fortified buildings in a thickly wooded area, surrounded by several rings of barbed wire and defensive positions. Hitler arrived on the night of 21 June 1941 and departed for the last time on 20 November 1944. He spent over 800 days there during World War II.

Owczarnia (36 km) – Owczarnia is the home of the Museum of the Mazury Land.

Święta Lipka (50 km) – Known as the pearl of the north polish Baroque, Saint Lipka is one of the finest examples of Baroque architecture and is also one of the most popular pilgrimage destinations in Poland.

The centre is also close to Kadzidlowo - a privately-run animal reserve where you might encounter beavers, deer, stags, wolves, wild horses and goats.

The complex is just 35 km from the airport in Kętrzyn. Upon request, and for an additional charge, the resort can arrange transport from the airport.

By Train:
The centre is just 18 km from the train station in Gizycko. Upon request, and for an additional charge, the complex can arrange transport from the train station.

By Car:
The hotel is just 200 metres from the number 63 main road, in Ogonki village, near Węgorzewo (between Giżycko and Węgorzewo in the north of Poland).
