Travel information

Royal Route Residence offers its guests an airport pick up service. A hotel representative will be waiting for you in the arrivals hall, and will bring you safely to your apartment. The cost of the service is EUR 23. Please contact the hotel in advance if you wish to make use of this service.

You can also take bus 175 from the airport to the city centre.

Important information

Please note that the reception is open Monday to Friday from 10:00 to 18:00. Should your arrival be outside office hours, please contact Royal Route Residence in advance.

Please note that a surcharge applies for credit card payments.

At check-in you will be asked to fill out a registration form, settle the payment, and provide your credit card details/pay a EUR 150 refundable deposit, to secure the apartment during your stay.

In case of group reservations (more than 2 apartments) or reservations for more than 14 days, terms and conditions may be different from the hotel's standard policies (possible prepayment). The hotel will contact you directly if this rule applies.

Cancellation Policy:   Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 3 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

All children under 2 years are charged PLN 67.20 per night and person for cots.
All older children or adults are charged PLN 67.20 per night and person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.

Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged.

VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included.
Service charge is included.
City/tourist tax is not applicable.

Internet: Wired internet is available in the hotel rooms and is free of charge.

Meal Plan: Breakfast costs PLN 31.30 per person.

Parking: Public parking is possible on site (reservation is needed) and costs PLN 22.40 per day.

Pets: Pets are allowed. No extra charges.
