Please note that the reception is open from 10:00 to 17:00. Should your arrival be outside office hours, please contact Old Town Apartments at least 40 minutes prior to arrival or as far in advance as possible.

At check-in you will be asked to fill out a registration form, settle the payment, and provide your credit card details/leave a EUR 150 refundable deposit, to secure the apartment during your stay.

In case of group reservations (more than 2 apartments) or reservations for more than 14 days, the terms and conditions may differ from the hotel's standard policies (possible prepayment). The hotel will contact you directly if this rule applies.

The apartments are located on the 1st, 2nd or 3rd floor in buildings without elevators.
