Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 18:00 on the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 7 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.
All older children or adults are charged PLN 58.20 per night per person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.

Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged.

VAT and city/tourist taxes: 7 % VAT is included.
Service charge is included.
PLN 1.80 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included.

Internet: Wired internet is available in the hotel rooms and is free of charge.

Meal Plan: Buffet breakfast costs PLN 25 per person per night.

Parking: Private parking is possible on site (reservation is not needed) and charges are applicable.

Accommodation
The hotel offers a choice of 159 comfortable rooms and 2 suites comprising of a bedroom and a living room. The Hotel System is the only Polish hotel chain with in-room PCs and LCD televisions! (the LCD monitor is used as PC monitor and as a TV). To use the computer please power it up inside the workdesk. There is also a keyboard and mouse.
Also satellite TV (Canal+ included), telephone, bathroom with a shower and a tea/coffee maker with a free treat is standard in each room.
