Room information
Our apartments are located on the 1st, 2nd or 3rd floor, without elevator (there are no elevators in the Old Town).
Food & beverage
Since the apartments are located in the Old Town you will live in the center of area where most of the well known restaurants are. All cuisines will be at your disposal. We can also arrange a Welcome or Relax Packages, waiting for you in the apartment so you won't have to rush to the supermarket just after arrival.
Travel information
If you are coming first time to Krakow, we strongly recommend that you use our pick up service. Our representative will be waiting for you with a special welcome board in the arrivals hall and afterwards you will be safely transferred to the apartment. The cost of the service is 23 Euro. Please let us know in advance should you require our pick-up service.You can also take a bus that will take you from the airport to the city center no. 192 or train station no. 208 and than walk.
Important information
The reception is open from 09:00 until 17:00. Should you arrive after 17:00, please contact Old Town Apartments at least 40 minutes prior to arrival.
Arrivals from 22:00 are charged a late arrival fee.
At check-in, you will be asked to fill out a registration form and settle the payment. You will also need to provide your credit card details or leave a refundable deposit, to secure the apartment during your stay.
In case of group reservations (more than 2 apartments), the terms and conditions may differ from the hotel's standard policies (possibility of pre-payment). The hotel will contact you directly if this rule applies.

Parking: Public parking is possible at a location nearby and charges are applicable. Pets: Pets are allowed on request. No extra charges.
