Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 18:00 on the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 3 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children from 3 to 7 years are charged 70 % of the room stay per night per person for extra beds.
All older children or adults are charged 100 % of the room stay per night per person for extra beds.
Baby cots are not available.
Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 1.

Deposit Policy: A fixed amount of PLN 12 per room will be charged on the day of booking and is non-refundable.

VAT and city/tourist taxes: 7 % VAT is included.
Service charge is included.
PLN 3 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included.

Internet: Wi-fi is available in public areas and is free of charge.

Meal Plan: Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate.

Parking: Free public parking is possible on site (reservation is not needed).

Pets: Pets are allowed. Charges may be applicable.


The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival.
