Rebuilt in 1921 and situated close to the River Otra, the charming Hotel Dølen is the oldest hotel in the Setesdal Valley.

Nearby activities include Troll Activ that includes rafting, climbing go-karts and elk safaris. Or visit one of the numerous mineral mines in the Evje area such as the Setesdal Mineral Park.

The Library is Hotel Dølen’s restaurant and is housed in a historical building. The Library offers traditional à la carte menu that includes local Norwegian cuisine such as dwarf salmon, reindeer and Arctic mountain trout. The restaurant’s terrace offers beautiful views of River Otra.
