This family run bed and breakfast, with a small cafe in front, is situated in one of the most beautiful parts of Limburg.

The gentle slopes and rich woodland of the area are ideal for hiking and cycling. The A Gen Kirk will provide you with information about the best routes in the region. The Zuid Limburgse golf course is only a few kilometres away.

The cities of Aachen, Liege and Maastricht are all near by. The latter, founded by the Romans in 50 B.C., offers a rich vein of history to tap, as well as various bars and restaurants to explore.

Each room, with private front door, is decorated in a different style, with home comforts standard in all. There is a luxury bathroom, TV and DVD player in every room.

Food & beverage

The cafe is open from Wednesday till Sunday.
Wednesday and Thursday from 11:00 till 18:00.
Friday, Saturday and Sunday from 11:00 till 21:00.

The kitchen provides home made regional food, inspired by the owners own traveling experiences.
The breakfast is served in our special hiking and cycling cafe. From Thursday until Sunday our guest can have diner between various religious statutes in our cosy restaurant.

Area information

This beautiful area with a picturesque hilly landscape is located near Aachen, Liège and Maastricht. It's a good place to start hiking, you can choose one of 35 different walking tours (most of them available at the B&B). The B&B welcomes both the hiker on holiday and the businessman who looks for a place to feel at home.

Travel information

From Eindhoven.

- Take the A2 motorway for Weert/Maastricht.
- At the Kerensheide intersection (after 65 km) take the Heelen exit (A76).
- At the Bocholtz intersection (after 23 km) turn right for Simpelveld (N281).
- Take the exit for Vaals on the left (after 5.5 km).
- Take the exit for Vijlen on the right (after 1.2km).
- Continue, and after a kilometre, you will find the hotel.
