Room information
All of the rooms have been modernly furnished and provide superb bathing facilities with mineral rich water. Because our hotel is built against the slope of the Cauberg, all of the rooms have a garden terrace with a beautiful view over the castle ruins or the valley of Valkenburg.

Only open to guests in a bathrobe. Here you can choose from various light dishes. Next to the open fireplace you can relax and enjoy a fruit cocktail or a glass of wine.
Grand cafe Fresh:
A cosy and beautifully situated restaurant looking directly out over the thermal baths.You can start the day here with a crunchy salad for lunch or close the day with a full dinner.
Bar Delight:
A trendy bar for Thermae 2OOO visitors and hotel guests, with a fantastic terrace, with a view of the lovely valley. Enjoy the smoothies, cocktails and Ben & Jerry Ice cream.
Restaurant Pure:
Literally haute-cuisine, here you have a breathtaking view of the hills of Limburg. The food is also of a high quality. The menu changes with the seasons and offers delicious local dishes

Valkenburg is halfway between Heerlen and Maastricht. Up-to-date travel information can be found at www.ns.nl. From 10:00 to 21:00 there is a shuttle bus service between Valkenburg station and Thermae 2000, costs are minimal.

- It is obligatory not to wear swimwear in the sauna.
Please note that on the 2nd and last Thursday of every month the spa has a 'no swimwear' day. On the first and 3rd Tuesday of the month it is possible to wear swimwear in both the thermal baths and sauna.

| Cancellation Policy: | Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. Children and Extra Bed Policy: Children older than 10 years are welcome. All children under 5 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots. Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1. There is no capacity for extra beds in the room. Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged. VAT and city/tourist taxes: 6 % VAT is included. Service charge is not applicable. EUR 1.75 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included. Internet: Internet via modem is available in the entire hotel and is free of charge. Meal Plan: Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. Dinner costs EUR 37.50 per person per night. Parking: Private parking is possible on site (reservation is not needed) and costs EUR 8.50 per day. Pets: Pets are not allowed. The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival. |
