Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
One child under 4 years stays free of charge when using existing bedding.
One children from 5 to 12 years is charged 50 % of the room stay per night and person when using existing bedding.
There is no capacity for extra beds/cots in the room.

Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged.

VAT and city/tourist taxes: 6 % VAT is included.
Service charge is not applicable.
EUR 0.65 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included.

Internet: Internet via TV is available in some hotel rooms and is free of charge.

Meal Plan: Breakfast is included in the room rate.

Parking: Free public parking is possible on site (reservation is not needed).

Pets: Pets are allowed on request. Charges may be applicable.
