Eden Designhotel Maastricht is situated in the heart of town, at walking distance from the city centre and Maastricht's central station. There is a fitness and beauty centre ( reservation required).

Maastricht also has an impressive history, dating back to over 500 years BC. As a Celtic settlement, the city occupied an important position from early on as a location along the Meuse where one could wade through to the other side. This is how Maastricht got its name: Mosa Trajectum.
